Ingredients:
- 1 carton of Flora Plant Based Cream
- 1 packet of fettuccine
- 2 tspn Nuttelex Buttery
- 2 tspn crushed garlic
- 2 tspn chopped parsley
- 2 tspn cashew cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Put the Flora Cream, Nuttelex, cashew cheese and garlic in a saucepan and heat gently to a simmer.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook pasta as per the packet directions.
- Drain the pasta, then add cream sauce to the pasta and mix gently. Serve sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley.
