This delicious, quick and easy breakfast is a great start during the holidays. It will carry you through a busy day, and can be made the night before to save extra time!
Quick Festive Cereal
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Just Right cereal
- 1 cup of crushed Weet-bix cereal
- 2 cups of soy milk (or other plant based milk)
- 1 cup of fresh fruit (we used leftover cherries and grapes from a Christmas function!)
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup
- 1 container of Coyo vegan yogurt
Method:
- Cover the cereal with the soy milk and leave for ten minutes in the fridge.
- Once soaked, add the peanut butter, rice malt syrup and Coyo.
- Sprinkle with fresh fruit and voila! Serves two in under 15 minutes.
