PVAS Flocktoberfest

Angel Goat & Annie Lamb check out the spinning wheel

On the 22nd of October, Possum Valley held Flocktoberfest at Baskerville Hall.  This event was organised to raise funds for the Sanctuary’s sheep residents and was a great success.

Patrons enjoyed gourmet beers while listening to the band

Guests enjoyed traditional European music thanks to Tout Droit and The Last Five Coins, while feasting on cruelty free loaded dogs, German ‘Pearl Platters', Esti’s homemade savoury and sweet pastries and a selection of gourmet beers, aptly named after Possum Valley residents. A huge thank you to Treehouse Brewery for supplying the four amazing tap beers and elderflower kombucha which was very popular.

Dancing, games and the merchandise table kept the crowds busy in between eating and drinking the German fare on offer.

A huge thank you to all those who volunteered, donated and attended – all funds raised go directly to supporting over forty sheep who call the Valley home.
